Returns/Exchanges

We do our best to describe each of our designs, so there are no surprises with your purchase. We pride ourselves in offering the best customer service and quality jewelry and we will stand by our work.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Any exchanged items must be in their original package and shipped safely in its original condition.  If an item is returned to us damaged, you will not receive any type of store credit. Custom designs are excluded.
